Would you pay to get access to verified employees who are willing to refer you in their company?

Applying to jobs sucks right now with 1000s of people applying for open roles. Referrals seem to be the easier way to go.

Now, you can always go about trying to source referrals on LinkedIn.

So what would it take for you to pay for getting referred?

  • Getting access to verified employees? - I guess nobody is lying on LinkedIn.
  • Being able to reach out to people in bulk, anonymously? - Referrers will run away because of spam.
  • Get access to job roles before they are posted publicly - Too much effort for referrers to put in.

Brainstorm with me guys, gotta make referrals work better.
