Ethical dilemma

I have resigned from my current company which is fully remote. They have put me on the bench while I serve notice period and I have nothing to do till my Last Working Day in September. I have an offer from a company which is again fully remote. Should I join this new company from August while serving the notice period with the current company? In short, salaries from two companies for the month of August. Would there be any short term or long term complications? Tax, PF or anything else?
