Night shifts and its pros and cons
Hi All, I have been asked to work in night shifts, I have not worked in night shifts before. Can someone tell how night shifts will affect your personal health.
Do not join night shifts. You will never be able to get out of it. If you can get day shift, never opt for night shift.
Night shift will effect health for sure
Your life expectancy will decrease by 50% Don't ever do night shift
Don't I repeat Don't ❌ do night shifts
Health issues will rise faster than you realise & overall it sucks if you don't take care of your health actively
