Any HR in the house?

My salary slip didn't have any deductions like PF or other perks. Fast forward a year, I decided to move on and resigned. Now, I'm scratching my head about how to prove my 1.6 years of experience to other potential employers without those typical deductions on my payslip. Can you help me figure out what kind of documents I should gather to showcase my experience effectively? Your suggestions would be a lifesaver!

I don't want to reveal about 1 company I had worked for to my new employer, can I hide it? Will they figure it out in the background check?

Just want to get inputs from those who freelance along with being salaried. I am wondering how people do ITR filing when they’re directly receiving payment from their clients abroad (inward remittance) on their own name (no company created for offering ur service) as well as have their monthly salary ? As much as I’ve read you would be filing ITR-4 but then wouldn’t this reveal to ur current or next employer that u worked 2 places? Really curious to know as it’s ITR filing time.

What all should I know before getting into this? Someone has approached me for part time work for them. - should I and the person sign a contract? If yes, who prepares the contract and what should be it's contents? - should any specific clauses be defined? - should I take up upfront fees? - how to handle them validating work is done or not? - should I not keep it hourly? Should I define the fees based on the work done?

I know that at my firm you cannot freelance for your competitor. But not sure if it's allowed for others. Should I ask the HR/Mgr or do it silently on the sides? I'm pretty bored doing the same stuff. So thinking of doing some freelancing. Also, I have never freelanced before. How do I find who wants to hire a freelancer? Are there specific points I should know about that will help in my search? Google is full of generic s@#t advice. So asking here.

I'm moving to a different company and what documents should I ask for before the last day here?

In future, If I get selected in any company and in background verification would I get reject? because I don’t have any documentation of 1st company in my PF account, but I don't consider it as part of my work experience. Its just 5 months I was in that company. I broke the employment bond of that company amd joined another company as a fresher. That why I am afraid to switch the current company.
