Saw a BCA grad with Mtech from BITS Pilani. Is this allowed?
I was under impression that Btech ones can go for Mtech.

Are you really serious?? I have seen some college dropouts in MNCs but never come across people with only 10th qualifications in India

You only need bachelors for pursuing any master degree.
There are NIFT tech degrees which are not allowed to pursue Mtech or MBA, despite being accredited and lawful
I received an CV that candidate have BA in Hindi and Mtech in Computer science
Everything is possible in India
