I am fresher graduating in 2024. Having a Full time offer (8lpa) and intern offers from Groww & Swiggy.

I'm a fresher, and in my last sem of Masters. I'm currently interning at Company A which will offer ppo of 6lpa. I also have an offer from Company B with 9.12lpa ctc. The thing is I've got the developer role at my internship(company A) and the role I would get at Company B will be luck based(was campus placement). So which offer should I proceed with? Which would be a wiser and better option?

Hi Community, I am a 2023 CSE Grad from Tier 1, Currently I am an Automation Engineer at Sprinklr and I recently received an offer from Swiggy for the role of ASDE backend, before joining Sprinklr as an Automation Engineer, I interned in a startup where my tech stack was backend. But the Swiggy compensation is not matching what I am currently getting in sprinklr. Should I join Swiggy or stay at Sprinklr and look for a better opportunity than Swiggy please suggest!!!!!

Hello everyone, I am an ML Engineer Intern and have been doing full time internship since past 1.5 years, will be completing one year in June at current company, so the thing is I will be graduating in 10 days and the company is still not talking about PPO, so what should I do now? I don't have another offer as I did not sit for on campus placement because no good companies were coming and I am earning more or approximately equal to most of the companies paying for full time in college. Now I am a bit scared as I will be graduating and still don't have a full time offer, I am the guy in college where everyone used to tell that I will grab the highest package and here I am in this uncertainty whether I will get full time offer from current company or not. I have worked very hard, even worked late nights and even on weekends and still they are bot talking about PPO and I am applying off campus but there are not many openings for freshers or 2024 graduate even though I have more practical knowledge and skills, so what should I do now, continue as an intern till I get full time or what should I do? I know Python, ML, DL, NLP, tensorflow, pytorch, django, javascript, GO, Docker, linux and I am a very good learner too. So if anyone of you can help then it will be good, I have posted before also on this platform but have not received any help, though got couple of referral but they were of other profile or required more experience and hence got rejected without even an OA. So please refer me or give advice what should I do next?

I am Interning at a very early stage startup in the Growth Team. My stipend is ₹15,000 p/m and the work is decent - community mgmt, content, product gamification & market research. It’s a pre-seed startup so sometimes I feel lack of resources are putting a cap on my abilities to execute. Though, the founder has assured that we’re close to raising pre seed. I am pretty good friends with the Founder and I’ve met him a few times. Now, coming to the main part of problem - I casually applied for an Internship in a early stage startup but the team is sorted. They have funds and their founding team is super experienced. Stipend offered is 2x of what I’m getting. I was wondering If I should opt for that? Or, keep my head down and work for the same startup, ignoring the money aspect? Pls lmk folks.

I am a final year student and will be graduating in may and I am now confused because I have been doing internships now for more than a year, first internship was of 6 months as an backend developer and now second internship is still going on and this March 3 I will complete 8 months here as an ML Intern, and now my current company which is a startup has told that they will think about my PPO when they will raise series A in April may and they have hired many senior engineers and have expanded the than to size of 40 and now I have got an another intern position at an YC startup, so what should I do, should I join there as an intern considering the stipend is same which is ₹45k per month and it is also remote but the problem is I will be graduating and I don't have a full time offer, I do have skills but still not having an full time offer bugs me, what should I do please? give some advice.

I am a student from tier 3 college. Just had the round 1 of Wayfair Software Engineering Internship challenge ( Did pretty well). I don't have any idea how my further rounds of Wayfair internship would be. Apart from this I have got 2 offer letters for Business development Interns who will be offering me a salary of 8-10LPA after internship. I am quite confused about what to choose? I don't feel comfortable choosing BD over a proper tech job/internship, it would be very difficult to switch to development later.

Please help me decide on which one to pick from an overall perspective. My Profile:- 2.2 YOE as an analyst at a service based company (Tredence Analytics) want to switch to a PBC. Swiggy:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 15 LPA (all fixed) no JB, no ESOPs Location:- Remote (Huge Plus for Me) Meesho:- Role offered:- Business Analyst Comp:- 14 LPA (base) + 2 LPA ESOPs + 1 LPA JB Location:- Bangalore Folks from Swiggy and Meesho , Please Guide your pal on the basis of work culture , growth prospects and overall career trajectory. Personally I am inclined towards Swiggy due to remote working policy but don’t want to make a decision solely on the basis of it.

I'm currently a SWE intern at a Series A startup (loss making) and they have offered me a full-time role. They have 2 years of runway. I also have an offer from a very recently funded seed stage startup (pre revenue) with the same runway. It is a team of 13 people. As a fresh grad, considering similar pay and growth opportunities, which one should I join?
