Joining Dilemma

Hi guys, I'm having two different company offers and they come with a timeline of acceptance. Is it ethical to accept both offers and join one. It's a tough spot as my existing notice is 90 days and don't want any surprises later. Please advice

I have recently joined in an organization which is an Inc 2 days back. But today I got offer from good MNc company which has started interview process before receiving any offer . I want join in this MNc now how can I proceed in leaving current inc which joined 2 days back. In offer letter there is a clause mentioned that if I resign in 30days of joining I have to serve 4 months notice or I have to pay to buy notice period. I confused what to do now. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Why are recruiters looking for immediate joiners? I seriously, respectfully, want to understand why is this rule? Even the company you are hiring for has 60 days notice period or even more. In todays market nobody wants to resign without an offer. People having 60 days( or 90 days) notice period, what should they actually do.

HR is is trying to lowball me into accepting an offer at my current compensation stating market conditions. I don’t have any other offers yet. What can be done here? 🥲

Trying to access what paths typically a company takes when an employee doesn’t return joining bonus after they resign within one year of joining. What are some some worst cases? Hi all, As the title suggests, I want to know if there are consequences associated with quitting a company in just 3 weeks. I've joined an early stage startup as one of the first few hires in the product team. The pay and work is reasonably okay. WLB is also good. But one of the companies I was interviewing during my NP from called me back, conducted one more interview and now I have a better offer in hand. This new company is a fintech giant and objectively it makes no sense for me leave this offer. I'm stuck in a situation now where I'm getting super anxious to initiate this conversation with my current manager about leaving in just 3 weeks. Can someone help me with this? Hi all, I received an offer from a company and signed an offer letter which stated that I have to pay them waiting period money if I'm not joining them. Now I've got a better offer from another organisation. Will there be any legal repercussions if I don't join them. I feel bad they have actually waited for me for 3 months but the company is very small and scared of job security. What can I do in this situation.
