Are internal surveys really Anonymous? π§
Surprise surprise, slack "private" messages aren't private either
Yeah, these days people can add anyone to the private messages.
What was once a private message is now shareable with the entire world π€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ
lol. To be honest - they are. I donβt think they get to see what youβve filled. But just who all have filled or not.

They are anonymous. In the sense, whether you filled or not isn't, but what you filled is!
That being said, all the responses to every question is being sent to manager. There are quirks there -
1. If the responses are shared to manager as soon as someone completes the survey, then you can ofc map who said what. Instead, it should be that when all have filled the survey, only then share the responses
2. When questions are there about feedbacks, based on your English and what you have written, sometimes it becomes evident who wrote that
I believe there should be a check on which platform the organisation choosed for the survey....Rest the post might be true πππ
