I remember when I got the offer letter from FAANG. It felt insane. Years of late nights, hard LC sessions, and hunting for referrals on LinkedIn. I was going to work for my dream company. Was the first time I moved to Bangalore as well. Koramangala became my second home. Used to party like crazy and go out on dates.The first few months were just pure bliss. The work was challenging, the team was brilliant, and the perks were insane. It was fun going into projects, determined to prove myself. Weekends stopped mattering to me; my life revolves around deadlines, deployments, and meetings that stretched into the night. I saw most people chill oput but I wanted to be better than anyone else. and grind harder. Now after months of this grind, I am burnt out af. I cant sleep at night properly anymore and honestly? i'm having a hard time in terms of my sexual illness with my ED. Went to a doctor in Indiranagar and she confirmed that it is pretty common in Bangalore. I don't know what to do but I am going to take out time to just care for my health now.

Is it just me or someone else facing this? Earlier I could go four rounds in one day, now its just so hard to get hard. Is it the water or the traffic or the stress of moving. Please share your thoughts?

I’ve lately been struggling with keeping my energy levels up through the day. My lifestyle isn’t that bad. Decent sleep, frequent exercise, I’m happy etc But I find myself zoning out of conversations and this is affecting my ability to be “liked” at the workplace. It’s not even about being liked, but as a person I don’t like not being able to 100% be there for people when they’re talking to me. It’s what makes us human, in a way. People who are high energy, have you figured what your secret might be? thanks 🙏🏻

Overview: Everyone around me, be it old school friends to the people in the bangalore startup ecosystem are planning to or already in the process of doing an MBA. What is happening: Most of the people I know, either are going for a tier 1 MBA in India or colleges like “Carnegie Mellon”/ “INSEAD”/ “NUS” these are really good places. Why am I concerned: I dont have great acade, GEM candidate so I have decided to not pursue CAT at all, and MBA outside India is too expensive. I feel like my job and career are going fine with 4 years of professional experience I am making 25LPA in marketing. I am not keen on doing an MBA but I dont want to regret later. I consider myself to be fairly smart but what happens when I am competing with people who have great brand names on their resume and are actually smart. People on GV with more experience, have you gone through this struggle? Sidenote: I also have friends who have cleared IIM ABC, ISB and not gone, because they just wanted the admit letter. Which is brave lol!

Hi everyone as the title suggests i hv really started facing problem in daily activites due to this. I was once a very active guy who liked walking a lot but know even standing from chair is giving pain . Just after the covid this all things hv started happening. But the problem is i am only 1 years in my tech career and recent grad of 2022. I am really worrying about my long term prospects. I know i should be asking this to doc and ys i hv asked them i just want to know from community if u guys hv problem how are u dealing with this. I hv recently joined gym also but that isnt solving my back problem . Doctor said to avoid prolong sitting but unable to do much in it.

Hey guys so not sure if this is the right place to post this or not, but I really need help from wherever I can get. So I was never into pornography until college happened in 2014 and I had a single room all to myself and unlimited high speed internet. It started with watching porn on weekends and snowballed into doing it daily over the course of the next 4 years. Not only that, as of today I am spending so many of my productive hours (3-4 hours) on sites like Omegle hoping to meet someone with the same fetishes as me. (ik foolish me) Not only that I do the same on Telegram, Instagram, Snapchat, Kik, Discord etc. I know I'll never get anything worthwhile here but I am deeply addicted to this expectation that I will. Today I haven't come out of my room. Since 9am when I woke up, I have only been looking at porn and at these sites doing God knows what! (It has been 8 hours) ☹️ Not only these, once or twice I had a chance to get intimate with a girl, but I could not keep it up and ejaculated within a minute. Guys I have ruined my life. Please guys I am begging you, I want to pick myself up and make a man out of myself and live a happy life. I am very very sad and depressed. Please help me if you can. It has been 10 years, I am 28 now and I can't take it for one more day. 😭😭😭
