Need help from everyone to break an addiction that is destroying my life

Note: advice except asking to have relation with a girl.

Hi GV community, Sharing a personal issue here but i trust this community số much that i hope i will get some good suggestions. I have been dealing sexual health issues ( ED and PME ) , i am 26 years old, and it has put my relationship with my girlfriend almost to an end. Earlier issues wasn’t even that severe like i was atleast getting hard morning erections and all but since couple of months even the morning erections have become rare and normal erecetions have become weak I want to understand from GV community if anyone here or their known has dealt with this issue or have been able to fix it ? Other details : Smoking - No Drinking - occasionally, not more than twice a month Physical activity- moderate, doesn’t hit gym regularly but do go out for walks and all

Getting fantasy thoughts all the time pls help

I met my girlfriend during college, 5 years ago. We were so much in love. I remember we used to go on dates to picnics, museums and the works. I spent and invested a lot of money and time in this relationship. I feel that my life is purposeless now that she has left me. Her father is a very high ranking government official. He has gotten marriage proposals from very well endowed political connections. Apparently some ex-CM's son is out in the marriage market looking. I don't know why but I still thought we would make it. Like, nothing can come between us. She texted me last night that she was leaving me because I only make 14LPA. My hands are still trembling. I want to go be the best version of myself and simultaneously think that the train tracks are looking comfy to sleep on.

I think the current phase in my life is the lowest I am already PIPed by swiggy and I have broken up with my gf. Feeling like my life has reached the end. Can't sleep at all specially after the break up. Now I regret for blocking her atleast I should have waited until getting into some company. But now I don't want to go to her due to some personal reasons. It feel sucks. I am not able to focus on interview preparation. I am not in depression but my mental health is shit right now and gets headache daily. Please help me shall I consult some doctor for this or is this okay. I don't have much friends that's why I am asking here I genuinely need help

With zero finance and not single interview call I really deciding to end this journey on this planet. Come on don’t label me coward ending own life needs huge load of courage too. This is also help my family to get the Life insurance money and continue their normal life at seems to only option at the moment.

Recently read about something called short attention span and was taken aback by the very evident thing present in my habits and day in day out task that I carried out. Started observing in much more detail about how this is really affecting me and results are not really good. This is probably the root cause of all my unproductiveness. Feels like toddler now. Observations 1. mobile is directly or indirectly the reason behind this (Started reading books in order to overcome). 2. Trying to do multiple things at once eventually leading to doing nothing. You all get the gist. This is nothing strange. So wise people of grapevine how do you overcome this and also how do you reduce your screen time.
