I have a crush on a girl. How should I approach her?

So i am software engineer working remotely and situated at my hometown (Tier 2) , after signing off day I go to a public park daily except Sunday’s for run there i found a girl who comes to the same park with her dog for max 10 min and then leave i am highly confident she is giving the positive sign that she is interested but i am damn sure she will not initiate . I go there we have long eye contact none of us utter a word then she leaves . I feel sad daily that i have missed that chance to speak i need help how should i approach her mind you there are other people too have walk in the park I really want to speak to her and i am that introverted man when it comes girl

Hi everyone, hope everyone is great !! Has anyone ever approached any guy or a girl to know about them, to see if they can create meaningful connections outside their circle. Any experiences, who is comfortable of sharing them. Like if you find someone good looking or attractive, or just to break the ice want to have a chat with them, is it okay to approach them nicely and just have a chat. Not to be misunderstood with anything about relationships, situationships or genz terms whatever is going on nowadays. It's just about creating new connections, friends and maybe in all of this find someone that clicks for long term in life.

I like someone in my office, but not getting the courage to tell that person. because i have created my image like a good person who will not do such things in the office area. Getting questions in mind like: What if that person informed about this to my seniors? What if any problem came to my career? What to do now?

I have been talking to this woman lately at work since the past 2 months (I KNOW dating at workplace isnt a great idea but pasand aagai kya karu) . Currently, we are mere workplace buddies and not in a relationship. On somedays she is like really friendly with me and starts talking about her life and I love listening to her. On certain days she is extremely unapproachable and feels like a stranger. I know mood swings hote etc but why would she ignore me completely on some days while try to engage in meaningful conversations on other days. It keeps alternating and its very annoying. I feel like supporting her on bad days but she doesn lt want that it seems. Yeh odd even kar kar ke mai thakk gaya hu I just want her. Every single fckin day of my life. She makes my day a little more worthy every time we talk, and I feel when you find such people, you shouldnt let them go !
