Apart from the posh scenarios folks have already mentioned, you can try things like:
Try to run in to her at seemingly random times (e.g. they playing table tennis/ PS at office, attending some office party etc)
Share a lunch table during office lunch hours and initiate normal conversation. Try your best of being witty, funny whatever your game is

Strike normal conversation during lunch breaks and then get to know her first

I did this and it didn't end well. Got friendzoned very badly and I went into a bad depression (Most of the things were initiated by her). I quit my job without any new job lined up next, been 3 months since I am berozgar. Crush worked hard and got a job at FAANG last month. Never falling for someone at the workplace again. FML
Send hi on teams and ask for lunch as if you know her. When she responds back, apologize, and then tell some story that you are supposed to ping someone else but pinged her by mistake.
Now start the actual convo. It works if she's single and has no friends at the office. Tried and tested.
