Which is best wipro or cts?

I am having offer with Cognizant as Principal Infra Developer and in Wipro as a Lead Administrator, salary wise both are same. But designation wise which is better I am 8+ years experienced professional

I got an offer from Accenture. It says my Annual Fixed Compensation is 6.3 Lakhs. Variable Bonus isn't mentioned clearly but ranges between 0-21%. 1. Can someone help me understand how much salary I'll get in hand in Accenture? What will be the annual CTC? 2. Also, is it a good time to join Accenture? I heard people talking about random layoffs and all. My current CTC is 5LPA. Also, at the end of the year my CTC in my current organization will be 6LPA.

I already have an offer with 70% hike and I am getting 30 to 40% more hike as a counter from different organisations. I would like to know if it is good to accept a counter offer? Because the first organisation was waiting for the last 3 months for me and I am not getting how to say no all of a sudden for joining. Should I reject a counter offer? Pls pls suggest me
