Finding benefits that GenZ, metro cities, startup/ tech/ finance company folks people value.
What do these people really value as benefits? It can range from anything such as discounts on Uber to a free IPL Cricket match. What are some things that would make them go "Bro I want this" or make them "tweet" or talk about it to their friends/ work colleagues?

Agreed.. but I would like to trade WFH with flexible work timing.
One of my major clients is a company run by a middle aged Indian businessman who formerly ran traditional high class Indian businesses (like construction), so this might not apply to exeryone, but here's what I would like -
1. Pay on time
2. Have a collaborative attitude - "Let's solve this problem rather" than "I pay you money, so do this"
I'm all for wearing different hats because I find it enjoyable, but being ask to mop the floor and being told "What am I paying you for?" when I ask where can I find the mop when I was initially hired to provide security to the building 🙄🙄
I mean, I'd like to learn how to mop, but I'll need your help, let's do it together
3. Respect and communication - Some people in charge just have no idea how to communicate without being crass, aggressive, and unnecessarily egoistic and because they are that way, they perceive all communication made to them that way too
4. Drop the company centric attitude - Please understand no one who's joined the company except you and maybe the majority stake holders really care about the company per se. We've all been hired to do jobs, we've not adopted the company to be our family. Those who've been given ESOPs might still care, but for me it's a means to earn money and YES I'M IN IT FOR THE MONEY! Not for the "joy of creating a business"! If I wanted joy, I'd be swimming in the Bahamas, not staring at a laptop screen and yes, I will quit for a better opportunity. This company is your baby, not mine.
Urgh, I don't even know if this answers your questions, but in quite a mood lately and I guess I'm just venting
Free ipl match ticket would be very popular. Free food at office also goes a long way in keeping employees happy.

What if you keep an amazing canteen and periodically provide vouchers that can be spent in the canteen as rewards ?
Typically office food tends to suck since the vendor starts cutting costs to increase his thin margins

Free ott subscription, music app subscription, casuals in office, free food or lunch at least, collaborative environment, make us feel included and try to blur the generational gap a bit😭
Remote work
Insurance that actually works- I worked at a company that had all-in kinda insurance. You could buy medications, book sessions with mental health professionals etc using the app.
If you want people to come to work in person, free food and flexibility in terms of time is the bare minimum.
Hybrid work
Gym membership
Free lunch & snacks
Internet & mobile bill
Health Insurance

Wanted to get your insights out of workplace. Generally in purchasing or consumption behaviour what are these benefits
Some of the subscriptions: Amazon prime, Zomato gold/Swiggy one, Spotify/Youtube premium. Lounge access that one gets from credit cards.
Sahiba Bali( Instagram Influencer) conducted a masterclass on Gen Z marketing. You can find your answers there. Not sure tho 🤔
It looks like this could be helpful. There was also another talk show, I think that event was only for women, where she talked about Gen Z and marketing.
But I was referring to the masterclass(es) she started recently
If you're looking to give out perks. Gym memberships (or a fitness budgt), audible / YT / Spotify subs, OTT subs are pretty cheap to give out.
