Will creation of UAN number affect bgv?

I am currently going through the hiring process at a Big4. My current company is a small organisation so I don't have a UAN number. My current company is also my first work experience. Will not having a UAN number create an issue during digital verification?

I have 4 years of total experience(2 years prior MBA then an year gap, I was preparing for MBA entrance during this time and 2 years post MBA). Now I’m looking for jobs, can I show an year of work at my friends startup? To fill the gap? Can you tell me how can it impact during BGV, can they check via UAN on PF? Or I can go ahead and do this, it will be a game changer for me if I can add an year more of work-ex. Please Help!!

I have recently switched job for the first time. New Hr asked for uan number which I shared. I have also received 2 months of contribution in same UAN account. Some people are saying I need to do a separate process of uan acount transfer? 1. Do I need to transfer UAN account from previous conpany to new? 2. If so how?

Need some help with Background verification in a MNC. In my past experience: - I got laid off on May 2020 - in July 2020 I got a job, did not like it and left early by Sept 2020 - I joined a new company on Oct 2020 In my resume , I have skipped this experience and mentioned other dates correctly. I didn't think it would be relevant! 1. Experience A - Till May 2020 2. Experience C - from Oct 2020 - .. 1. Would this be a problem for background verification? 2. Should I inform the HR about this ?

I joined company A and worked there for 3 Years. Now I have switched and joined company B. EPF has two accounts. One for company A and one for company B. Now the problem is when I try to merge both the accounts it rejects my request as my basic salary in Company A was greater than 15000 and irrespective of that company A made a contribution in EPS (Employer Pension Scheme). Now without closing the EPS account from Company A there is no way to merge the EPF account. When I contacted company A, they said they don't have any solution for this problem it's been 10 months with the same issue. Any suggestions/solutions???

So I was checking my PF balance through SMSing “EPFOHO UAN” to +917738299899. To my surprise, it reflected balance only with current company PF and did not include balance from previous company PF even though I had successfully transferred PF. Is this normal? In previous PF ID I do see everything was withdrawn for transfer request but the same amount I don’t see under the current PF ID. Does that mean the transfer is kept in separate entity which would not reflect in current PF ID? I am kinda scared if there is any chance of losing the previous PF amount. It was getting interest until transfer and now I don’t see that amount nor its interest acquired. Please help me through this concern
