I got a bald spot from stress

Guys, I am a software engineer and work remotely. I am 25 years old but feel as if i am older. > Already facing heavy back pain, lower back pain. > Facial and body hairs are turning grey > Already bald Are these all common, or am I doing something fundamentally wrong? How's your experience working as Software Engineer. Any thoughts?

Gist- Prepared for JEE in Allen Kota, always been a low confidence , never believed in myself . Failed to clear JEE advance. Got Decent rank in SRM, VIT & State Eng. Exam then I did engineering from state's private college. I was always passionate about computer sciecne, deeply invested my time in competitive programming/core subjects & started to believing in myself. Somehow due to some reason, I left all of this & landed in Service based company, did not got the work i wished for, still procrastinated there & It took me almost 3.5 years to leave the company then moved to product based startup but still not competent enoguh to land role in some of best startup/orgs. During this phase I started to loose my hair & still loosing day by day(got so much insecurity). I tried multiple things to stop hair loss but failed. Doctors says it's androgenic alopecia. Due to long working hourse I got some other health problems too. I feel life is always unfair.I don't know how to fill this void. I can't compromise becuase i always pushed myself beyond my limits, but in this case can'do enough.

Have you used Hair Serums to control Hair fall? Any specific one which suited you? Must they be taken only after Dermatologist prescription?

I turned 25 a few months back. I am balding from my college days. During the lockdown, it was somehow accelerated and lost most of the hair line. Now i look like a person with male pattern baldness who has lost his almost all hair. Baldness is hereditary in my family. My head almost looks like my fathers head, who is also bald. I always knew that I would go bald someday but never imagined that it would be at 25. Though i don't hide it by anything. I go in public openly and try to be as confident as much as possible, but sometimes I feel very sad as people generally stare and don't usually talk normally. Some relatives even tell it on my face that who is going to marry you. This generally brings down my confidence. Career wise, i am doing pretty good. Earning good money. Some people say go for hair transplant, but to be very honest, I don't feel it is worth spending money on the hair, which at the end going to vanish only due to hereditary reasons. I have almost accepted the way I look now, but become very anxious when I think about getting married. I'm not sure if somebody is going to accept me the way I look. What would be your advice for me? How should I deal with it so that it does bother me again and again.

Currently working as SDE-2 at Amazon, promoted some 1 year back. I'm totally burned out from work pressure, oncalls, layoff and performance review cycles every 3 months. Thinking of resigning without any offer by June/July. Will this be the right decision in today's market. I'll take some 2-3 months rest and start job hunting again, hopefully in better wlb companies. Just want to enjoy, travel to new places and prioritise my health. Balding and weight gain are major issues, and i don't think conditions will be improving in Amazon soon. BUT, the job market is tough, and IDK how it will impact my career Is this the right decision or I'm a fool Total experience: 3.5 Yrs Age : 27

I recently changed my job, 3-4 months back. It was a hard time finding a good job profile with good offer, after almost a year of searching amd giving interviews i found my current job. Luckily, my interviews were very good and i was offered more than what i had asked. After joining team, i realized that they are looking to prepare for some regulatory changes and my role was pivotal in that. I kind of got to work and contribute on my own and my manager and his boss liked me. I was getting set but then last week, company announced some changes in top leadership and my manager's boss got a new boss. Now this guy seems little tricky and i don't know what all changes he would bring. As of now he seems to be sure of expanding the team/work that i do (related to regulatory stuff). Now, these changes has got me a bit nervous. And i am kind a bit afraid about my job and its future. This is causing me stress. Any ideas or thoughts that can help me navigate.

How are you solving the hair loss problem? any remedies, special hair oil etc would be useful.
