Going complete bald at 25!

I turned 25 a few months back. I am balding from my college days. During the lockdown, it was somehow accelerated and lost most of the hair line. Now i look like a person with male pattern baldness who has lost his almost all hair. Baldness is hereditary in my family. My head almost looks like my fathers head, who is also bald. I always knew that I would go bald someday but never imagined that it would be at 25. Though i don't hide it by anything. I go in public openly and try to be as confident as much as possible, but sometimes I feel very sad as people generally stare and don't usually talk normally. Some relatives even tell it on my face that who is going to marry you. This generally brings down my confidence. Career wise, i am doing pretty good. Earning good money. Some people say go for hair transplant, but to be very honest, I don't feel it is worth spending money on the hair, which at the end going to vanish only due to hereditary reasons. I have almost accepted the way I look now, but become very anxious when I think about getting married. I'm not sure if somebody is going to accept me the way I look. What would be your advice for me? How should I deal with it so that it does bother me again and again.

Change your username to the baldking. What kind of 25 yo male cry on the internet about his receding hairline. Really? You think that is holding you back? If you had your hair ,would everything in life be perfect? If you are bald- you have to be smart, fit, funny, charismatic, earn 6 figures, make your parents happy, take them to places, buy a car, buy properties. Some folks see things differently. People who don't like baldness, call Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel good-looking because they're muscular. Look at Jeff Bezos—he looks better now without much hair than he did when he had more hair early in his career. So, the bottom line is if you're bald and want to feel more attractive, hitting the gym and getting muscles could change how people see you. And as for attracting girls? Having muscles like that can really catch their attention, trust me. So be bald but gain some muscles will solve all your problem.

Tldr - you are getting bald. Go for PRP sessions if there are some roots left. And consult a good doctor. The issue with hair transplant is rest of the hair will go eventually but the transplanted will always remain. And it will look bad after sometime. Since you are not in bollywood you can also try shaved head look. My 2 cents. Money will get you rest of the things in life so focus on that.

have you tried finasteride ? It's a dht blocker, helps prevent further baldness and in some cases can re-grown dead hair follicles. i'm 23 and i'm also noticing thinning hair and receding hair line. I was thinking of taking this med.

Get a hair transplant done, a friend of mine has done it. He also had male pattern baldness and it was hereditary, its been a year since and he is not losing any hair anymore. Or don't be bothered about this and get married to the women who accept your looks as it is.

Hey GRAPEVINERS, hope you all are doing well, i am suffering from receding hairline , and its getting severe , i am just 22 and i don't want to have that male pattern baldness too early, in my family, no one has that much severe male pattern baldness, my father has not great but good hair as per his age , i don't drink , smoke , eat healthy but still losing hair , yeah I never massage my head with oil I also take vitamin d3 supplements as majority of people as 70-80% people are deficient in vitamin d , mine is also low It would be great if you could advise me some great measures to tackle hair loss...

24M from Bangalore. Bhai itna jaldi takla nai hona abhi toh shaadi bhi nai Hui meri. No clue what to do? Did not even anticipate this problem so early in life. I use tresemme shampoo. Should I add a water filter? Change shampoo?

Matrimonial sites awkward stories

Share yours, Sharing one of my female friend’s story : The guy had uploaded backdated pictures (3 yrs) of his on matrimonial site profile, they talked and everything, went to meet the guy along with parents. Situation : The guy was completely bald when compared to the photos he had uploaded, had also not shared any recent pics on WhatsApp chat (even after asking multiple times) citing reasons that he was very busy with work and all. Needless to say my friend was taken aback. Verdict : Rejected on account of being dishonest (not bald). P.S. : My friend has dated bald guys in her past. I am not a storyteller so had to use clear indications of situation and verdict.

I got a bald spot from stress

Doc says it's most likely stress related alopecia. I have never experienced this before, just a small spot in the right side of my head that stopped growing hair. Trying to take it easy but life sucks right now tbh. No idea what job is next, whether I'll startup again or not, if I'll be able to go for master's or not etc etc. Family also seeing sickness and death since covid began. Adulting sucks.

Hi fellow viners. This post might sound funny, but some real advice would be quite appreciated. Lately of all things I'm insecure about, me not having a beard at this age of 28 is bothering me the most. My peers say I look like a college kid. In fact once at my office party at a bar, one guy from the staff specifically asked for my Aadhar in front of my manager and team(They all were laughing like crazy 😑) Similar incidents happen to me every once in a while. Putting this post out to seek suggestions on practical ways to have a beard at this age and how to go about this situation holistically. Thanks.
