I would suggest visit a nearby gym and hire a dedicated professional instructor. Usually this yields better results. They can also guide you about diet as well.

No matter whatever plan you take, main thing is you have to maintain discipline and follow along their instructions religiously. If you can afford it then take it!

I took healthify pro once in 2022 and came down to 88kg from 112kg. It works, but I couldn't stand their diet after 6 months and started craving for biryani and coke. Go for it if you are ok with these diets.

Bro just start with some simple steps and follow the below for atleast 2 months ; -20mins light jogging -Drink good amount of water after you wake up -Zero sugar, Zero rice -zero junk food -Eat lot of fruits -Ghar ka khana only. -Avoid all oily and fried stuff -No midnight munching -Avoid stuff like Maggi, chocolates n all as well -Drink 3-4L of water a day without fail. -take proper rest, sleep for atleast 7hrs. Once you have maintained all the above for 2-3 weeks, you can start doing more exercises. All the above pointers only require one think which is “discipline” I have reduced 11kg in just 6 weeks by following all the above. Remember: you have take it one day at a time and be disciplined.

Starting my one meal a day diet for a month

I realised that I have gained a lot of weight recently and wanted to do something about it. I have some small back issue so can’t work out a lot. Tried intermittent fasting with 16:8 and lost some 2.5 kgs with just that and cutting heavily on sugar. I want to reduce more, so for last one week, I am only eating lunch (2 eggs, 4 rotis with ghee and one vegetable) Internet has mixed opinions on this. Talked to one healthifyme nutritionist but their agenda was to sell me something than actual suggestions. Want to understand from this community, if you folks have done something like this and how good/bad could it be.

Hi guys, Both me and my wife weight between 100-105 kg. Oru baby is 1 year old. We want to loose weight but we can hardly access gym due to tight schedule. We both have fatty liver , wife has got gall bladder stone and she is a feeding mother. We want to reach first milestone around 80-85 kg which was out weight 2 years back. Is there any free app to plan and guide weightloss. We heard like calorie deficit diet can help. Also cutting down the sugar and junk food. Any thoughts?
