Only problem with your request I see is that people come to grapevine for anonymity, which they risk by collaborating with anyone at a personal level. Maybe try posting this on LinkedIn and see the number of people who want to give gyaan.. (not necessarily collaborate)

I would have liked to work and brainstorm together but won’t just for this one reason.

There is a counter argument to this. Every other forum is public where such a reachout /response can also be perceived as lazy profile. Grapevine provides anonymity for such reachout where only those interested can solve.

I would prefer to partner with preferably PMs or SDEs or EMs who have similar problem.

I have been trying to get back to gaining control of my life. 
At least the things I can control. 
But maybe cuz of procrastination, I am not able to start it? 
I have been an accountability partner for a friend and I know how I somehow was able to nudge them to stop their addictions. Ok, Stop might be a strong word but at least drastically decreased the intensity of it.

As the title says. 

I have tried many methods of dealing with procrastination to code, there is always a constant fear of not being consistent, plus programming doesn't come easy to me or rather I don't have the grit to do it. I have seen other college mates grinding their ass off to DSA, how do I go past the stage of fear of feeling dumb and procrastination? Anytime I try to sit to do anything I immediately get this wave of overwhelming anxiety, I then start scrolling on my phone to get rid of the feeling. I can't even sit properly on a chair for long - yeah call me COVID kid or something but this has been the case for years. I only manage to do work/study at the very last moment but programming isn't like that, it takes consistent efforts. Are there any methods to achieve it?

P.S. hard scolding or stern answers are also welcomed, really want to improve myself.

I need a person with whom I can discuss DS and practice mock interviews, someone who can keep me accountable for my progress and learning.

Here's what I'm thinking, we discuss a topic at the start of the week, prepare that topic during the whole week and then at the end of the week we sit down and discuss that topic.
We can also prepare different topics and teach each other or can dive into some whole new topic.

Other ideas are also welcome.
