What’s the worst interview process experience you had so far?

I went through 5 rounds of interview for leading agritech unicorn. Even went to their office for the final rounds. For some reason i got rejected. Is there a formal way to get feedback from the panelists or hr. Already asked hr for any type of feedback but no response. I feel like the HR in India dont value the candidates time and effort. Apologies if i sound like ranting but strongly feel that we need to improve our ethics value of organization.

So recently I interviewed in many companies including google, Microsoft, Amazon I have seen common pattern that HR not being transparent with candidates. They keep hanging candidates in between and not reply to text, email, messages, calls. Even if candidate is rejected why can’t they email or call to give feedback. Is this job really hard ? “If I will get a chance to snap out one profession from earth I will snap out all hrs, recruiters out there.” Ps:- Google ppl was very transparent throughout process one of best experiences for me .

Need answer to just one thing. Do you guys intentionally ghost candidates or do you guys intentionally ghost candidates? 🙂

I have been looking for an Android Engineer for about 1.5 months and i applied on LinkedIn and company website but they don't reply. But if I apply to naukari.com in the same company then the middle man as a consultant will call you and help you schedule interviews. Regarding that i have a question: What is the purpose of Posting jobs on career page and in linkedin if HR's are hiring from naikari.com with the help of consultants. Can anybody please help me get the job and please share your views on this. Plus i am also looking for a freelance Android development work also not getting any result. I will highly appreciate it. 🙏🏻Please share your thoughts.

Sharing my worst interview experience with Accenture...last week HR scheduled an interview but panel did not join. They called me day after and rescheduled interview. Again this time...same happened...I waited for 25 mins and left the meeting as panel did not join. Trying to contact HR but no response. All the efforts and time candidate put into interview are of no value to them😑.

I recently gave an interview, it was 4th round, the manager round, interviewer was tired and seemed not interested, he gave a ui and told me to think of data structure and edgse cases in 5 min. And got off the call , he joined after 5 mins and asked me answer, I was annoyed by his behaviour and couldn't perform well, I missed a single edge case and after that I got rejected. Is this the common behaviour or should I complaint it to the HR. He was director of engineering and seemed too much introverted.

I'll go first. I got a call for an APM role from one of the companies which did sound pretty sketchy and the recruiter was started bullying me into answering questions, when I asked to know more about the role. The recruiter was extremely unprofessional, and obviously the conversation was nowhere great. They however, did go ahead and sent me the JD and other links, etc to fill in and apply for the job. Mind you, I hadn't applied for the job. 🥲 It just was a pretty sour conversation which had left me in an uncertain situation. Any similar experiences?

I accepted an offer from Accenture Now what is the next process, HR is not picking the call or responding to my mails. And is it possible to prepone joining date. Finally let me know is it better to join Accenture

I received an offer from Accenture and accepted it also. After that my recruiter is not reachable via mail or phone. Is this normal in Accenture? Whom can I contact in this situation? I have also put resignation in current organisation. Please help.
