90 days notice period

90 days notice period is such a turn down. Most of the companies reject a legit candidate seeing that previous organisation has long notice period. What should be the best approach to handle this situation?

There should be a rule Notice period= layoff notice days and it should be at max 2 weeks.

There are two ways here, one is insane upskilling such that companies wait for you and the other one is start serving notice period and start applying for jobs along with a rigorous preparation as 3 months is a decent amount of time to prepare

But keep in mind, a company can release you before 90 days as well.
Save some money (for 6 months), upskill hard and then resign.

Upskilling is the only way out of this. Get certified from legit org like Microsoft, Oracle etc. Your resume should stand out from others. This way, you will comvince companies to wait for you.
