Resigned with a single offer in hand

I'm in TCS I do not have any offer at present, if I resign and didn't get any offer I'll need to revoke my resign. In this case someone told me that I cannot resign again till 6 months and then need to serve 3 months notice again. is this right? Please let me know in comments.

I’m not sure whether I’ll clear the interviews which are lined up. I have a good offer now. should I say yes to the offer I have and wait to see how the offers turn out and then decline the earlier offer? it seems to be in bad faith.

Have u ever resigned without any offer in hand? If yes what was the reason and how things went ahead??

How does one switch with peace of mind in this market ? I have one offer but I'm scared what if it gets revoked, getting more than one offer in this market is beyond me

I’m a digital marketing job where my manager was fired a week before. Now they have moved me under another person for reporting but he is so bossy and attitudes and mainly he never understands marketing. He is more of an operation guy. Life is getting toxic under him as for each and everything need to explain a lot and he gives me random other work which is not relevant to me and takes time.. just after my old manager went, I’m spending like 12-14 hours everyday.. too much off mental stress.. Also the founder believes him more than anyone in company. So I’m planning to resign immediately, I don’t have any job offer and so far just giving interview in 2 company’s since last week but I guess it will take more time to get a job as market scenario is not good.. I’m ok to take a hit for 1-2 month for now as resigning immediately and just focus on getting a better job. So need your thoughts and opinion on this..

The company I used to work for recently shut down and I just received my first offer from a sizeable unicorn. I am being massively low-balled (20% cut). And on top of it, it's an exploding offer. I have a couple of interviews lined up (they start after May 28th) but at the moment, this is the only offer I have. What should I do? 1. Hard negotiate? Leave the offer on the table if it doesn't work out. 2. Soft negotiate. Get the offer. Interview with other companies and try to get a better offer before joining (feels wrong) Things to consider: - I have 10+ months runway - Last cash comp was 24L at 2.5YOE I'm leaning towards 1.

Currently working as SDE-2 at Amazon, promoted some 1 year back. I'm totally burned out from work pressure, oncalls, layoff and performance review cycles every 3 months. Thinking of resigning without any offer by June/July. Will this be the right decision in today's market. I'll take some 2-3 months rest and start job hunting again, hopefully in better wlb companies. Just want to enjoy, travel to new places and prioritise my health. Balding and weight gain are major issues, and i don't think conditions will be improving in Amazon soon. Currently in an MNC at a non-tech product role @ 6.5LPA, the manager is amazing and the team is chill. Work is also fun but the company didn't give appraisals this year. A brand new startup approached me and is offering 10lpa fixed. This will be my first ever switch, should I dew it? I'm 22.
