Is it worth doing m.des after a b.des?

Background : I am a product designer with a few years of experience in the industry. I already have a B.Des degree and I'm seeing that the standard route for people with my background is to do a masters in design. From my time working I've seen that people who are good designers irrespective of whether they have some sort of design degree or not are doing well. Which makes me unsure whether I should take up masters or not. This might be a very biased take since the sample size is very small. All in all, I wanted to understand if a masters degree holds a high valuation like in other industries.

Does mba helps in long term? I know in short term it doesn't pay as much as sdes. But in long term sdes have salaries capped after certain stage. So if one decides to go into executive position, does not having mba hinders the process. Has anyone experienced this non - sense. I know this doesn't happen in usa, there people from philosophy background can go into higher position on the basis of merit or politics:). But here in India how's the scenario. Please put your thoughts.

I would like to do MS in AI and have massive interest in management based roles. After completing BE, is it worth spending another 4 years of my life in studying further?

I have Bsc CS degree from a mid college in Mumbai under Mumbai University. I don't have any side projects to write home about. I am working as a Junior dev at an early stage yc startup and I am enjoying working here and learning a lot. But people around me keep telling me that a Masters degree will open up more opportunities. So i just wanted to know, is it worth doing a masters? Or should I keep working and gain experience and build side projects?

Job hunting has been very challenging for me. Due to my negative first experience, I'm scared and skeptical about joining another company. Query 1: Considering an average profile with 9/8/8 in high school/intermediate/college, tier-1 undergrad and 2 years work-ex at a start-up. Do I have a chance to bag an MBA admit from the following with little scholarship: - LBS - Insead - HEC Paris - Oxford - Cambridge - SDA Bocconi - NUS Singapore - IESE - ISB I'm targeting 1 year programs only for cost purposes, hence the US is out of the picture. Feel free to suggest good 1 yr US programs Query 2: How much GMAT is required for my profile to get into these schools? Query 3: Are 2 year IIM Programs more advisable for me and should I leave abroad colleges altogether.
