LTI Mindtree worst in Recruitment

Worst experience with the interview process. Attended 2 technical rounds and was informed i cleared both. They asked for all documents before the HR round salary discussion and i had submitted them as well. Then got an email for HR round discussion but no one joined the meeting other than me, then it was scheduled the next day again no one joined and they keep saying they will keep it soon. At least if there is a budget issue to provide my expected salary just say so and move on. But scheduling interviews and rescheduling without proper reason and any proper response is totally unprofessional. No more follow ups with such people who don't value others time. I have lost interest even if they offer the same package I requested. Has anyone else faced such issues with mindtree?

Not in ltimindtree but faced in accenture in l1 interview itself no one joined I was in the meeting for 15 mins..I called recruiters but they didn't picked up the call

I applied for a PMO role at LTI fortunately cleared 1st round of interview , then comes BGV verification process before 2nd round They said me my BGV is red because , they are not hiring candidates from one of the company I previously worked for in start of my career! But my current employment is at Capgemini and they are not just considering current but also your 7 years companies list I have worked for! This is soo Strange and disheartening!🙁To just get rejected due to my pervious employment and not on my ability! Any suggestion if someone faced the same at any company?🥲

After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.

Salary comparison. LTI Mindtree and TCS

Hi I am SAP consultant with 6.5y exp. Got offer from LTI MIndtree and TCS. Current CTC 12.5LPA in EY Ind. Which is better company? I have no idea about LTI Mindtree. TCS - 19 LPA (fixed -17.8 LPA) LTI - 22 LPA ( 20 fixed) Can someone explain how the variable pay is credited in LTI mindtree.

I am switching to LTIMindtree. I am informed that 2LPA is variable and I will get it twice as every year. HR also said I will get 100% variable since compny is doing well. Is it true? How are the hikes here in LTIMindtree?

Offer letter

I had an offer from one of the service based company, they didn't send any official offer letter. Did all pre onboarding process with necessary documents. Now HR is saying that it will take some time as they are waiting for customer approval and also informed to with other offer if you have any. I am getting this reply after waiting for 2 weeks? Any suggestions please 😔

In an interview I cleared all my round and submitted all govt proof along with current company payslip etc as they demanded this. After one discussion they are saying we have got all your info they will think. I mean which king of process is this? They wasted all my energy , 5 rounds .

Accenture Interview

Sharing my worst interview experience with Accenture...last week HR scheduled an interview but panel did not join. They called me day after and rescheduled interview. Again this time...same happened...I waited for 25 mins and left the meeting as panel did not join. Trying to contact HR but no response. All the efforts and time candidate put into interview are of no value to them😑.
