...and now I'm turned off

I have been talking to this woman lately at work since the past 2 months (I KNOW dating at workplace isnt a great idea but pasand aagai kya karu) . Currently, we are mere workplace buddies and not in a relationship. On somedays she is like really friendly with me and starts talking about her life and I love listening to her. On certain days she is extremely unapproachable and feels like a stranger. I know mood swings hote etc but why would she ignore me completely on some days while try to engage in meaningful conversations on other days. It keeps alternating and its very annoying. I feel like supporting her on bad days but she doesn lt want that it seems. Yeh odd even kar kar ke mai thakk gaya hu I just want her. Every single fckin day of my life. She makes my day a little more worthy every time we talk, and I feel when you find such people, you shouldnt let them go !

I have a female coworker of mine with whom I have become very good friends with. We talk a lot during office hours. I feel very happy around her and i am able to express myself the most in front of her. I keep thinking about her all the time, even when i am at home, during weekends. However i feel that she only thinks of me as a friend and nothing more. This is based on signals i picked up during various instances, conversations we had. This thing breaks my heart. Also since I dont have a friend group as such to make weekend plans with, i mostly keep thinking about this during weekends sitting at home and this shit has been hurting me a lot. Seeing my other friends insta stories is a final bullet which further pushes me into depression. Sometimes i just feel like being open about this in front of her but then this could take a very bad turn if things dont work out in a happy way. I also cannot completely avoid her since we are in the same team and same project. Can someone please help with how to deal with this?

I’m spending too much time on Tennis Clash (iOS). Before that I spent considerable amount of time on Gardenscapes.

I like someone in my office, but not getting the courage to tell that person. because i have created my image like a good person who will not do such things in the office area. Getting questions in mind like: What if that person informed about this to my seniors? What if any problem came to my career? What to do now?
