A**hole skip level manager threatening me

Hey guys, I'm on notice period and I left my job because of the bad conditions and unhelpful team and messed up mental health. I have 2 months notice which started 3rd july I wanted to know can the company do anything if my performance in notice period is bad. Basically if I get the work, I'll try to deliver but 8 won't be messing up my mental health if I'm not able to deliver. I plan to simply say that, sorry i tried but I'm not able to figure it out. If someone helps me its fine and if not then I'll continue to say it. Can the company do anything if I keep a good behaviour and not deliver tasks.

Hi Guys, I need advice on something, In a service company, I was moved to a client project and it's a big application, it'll take time for me to understand but the managers are living in a fantasy world where they are expecting me to understand and start fixing bugs and delivery super early because they have very strict deadlines with the client. Client is also aggressive. I'll do my very best but my 2 questions are 1. I'm not able to deliver even after doing my best, If they lay me off because of performance, can these managers do something with my offer letter, like not giving it or writing something wrong in the relieving letter which might cause issues in background verification, if I maintain good behaviour at least. 2. How do you guys handle such retards when they are pushing down on you, how do you reply to them when they are pinging you with nonsense.

Need help!! I asked early release from company. Notice period is 90 days but I want to leave in a month and willing to buyout notice period. But my manager is not approving. I have reason. I am relocating due to medical emergency in family and to take care of wellbeing of them. What should i do.? I am thinking to escalate issue to hire level but thinks that they are all supporting each other.

The company haven’t paid us 3-6months of salary saying that there’s a delay in raising VC funds. They also didn’t pay TDS and gave us Form 16 for ITR. I reached out to our client company where I worked briefly and they were happy to offer me a job there. I’m dangerously out of money in savings and it’s still uncertain in my current company about any funds. So I have given a early date to him because I really need their salary and joining bonus to survive actually. I thought I can immediately relieve from my current company as I don’t have finished projects and haven’t involve in new. But they are not responding to my calls and mail requesting for immediate resignation. What should I do now ?

I work in a company where I am daily abused they call me dumb and my manager says I lack intellect and it’s shocking I am engineering graduate where i should have taken arts. My team leads are no good they also leave no chance to abuse me or make fun of me. They sit right next to me and are busy making fun of me. On top of that this company tracks our mouse and keyboard activity with screenshot of our monitor every 10 seconds to evaluate activity even when in office and there is no remote work policy. Almost daily I am abused and my mental health is gone for a toss. I am in depression and also feel that maybe truck hit me before i go to office because daily I am ridiculed there. Remarks like : I will slap you if any change comes in PR. You are so dumb. Cannot code dumbo. and see recession what will happen if we fire you is common in company. I fear market situation. So i am confused what to do?

I've served the whole notice period of 45 days and on the very last day, manager says that I didn't complete my work and wouldn't be accepting my resignation. It's already been a week since I joined my new firm and they're asking for the resignation acceptance mail/proof. All my email, slack accesses have been revoked from the previous company and manager is still reluctant to let me go in peace. New company has agreed to enter the joining date accordingly in the system once I get the resignation acceptance to avoid any dual employment conflict. Could anybody help me with the legality of this and how I can proceed?

Hey guys, I am leaving this crap company and there is a 3 months notice, I have already served 6 weeks and till now the manager has not accepted my resignation. I resigned without any offer and he said why do you need acceptance if you don't have offer. He first said that he will relieve me early and that's why he didn't accept, because if he does then he won't be able to relieve me early. But today he told me that it's not possible for him to relieve me early and I asked him to accept the resignation again. He said that they accept resignation on the last week and I won't be able to take any holiday if I accept the resignation. I think he's full of sh*t, I'm scared that he may try to increase my notice if something happens, that's why he's not accepting, I don't know if he can legally do that. Do I need to give any explanation as to why I need him to accept it, I don't trust this a**hole one bit. I need him to accept it, how do I do it and can he say no I won't accept.

I was working in a toxic environment, which should be a separate post, too long to explain here, tldr, I was put in pip, and then I resigned and put my notice, I like a responsible employee started finishing off my projects and tasks, giving KTs to other folks and junior. but now after this my company is saying ur lwd is 2 days from now, when in my contract notice is 2 months, HR says company has the right to waive off notice period without paying severance. What can I do currently, I don't have any job back up, so have to be unemployed for a while without any severance. Is this legally right from company sides, what possible things can I do currently?
