Ajio par update? Anyone? How is the culture there?

I work for a company in which Ajio is an aggregator. I've heard that there's going to be a massive downsizing in the company - Not just Ajio but all Reliance owned companies. So I'd suggest to stay as far as possible from the company.

Friend of mine works at AJIO, only been there for a month or so. He said the culture feels very hierarchical and he's desperate to get out & back into a start-up which is flatter in hierarchy. He's currently a people manager, and feels his career will stagnate if there's no scope to improve his technical skills.
