I have gained 3 years of experience at Deloitte in SAP BODS. 
(ETL data migration tool) and have worked on many other modules like Data Migration cockpit, LSMW , LTMC, LTMOM within SAP.
Some other data tools I've used are Microsoft Power BI, SQL query language, Excel, and looking forward to a job switch in another company for a data role. 

I also would love working on other technologies like Microsoft Azure Data tools, Google cloud data platform etc. This is one the main reasons to switch: need exposure on more tools and technology.

Current CTC (fixed): 5.9LPA, 
Variable + Fixed: 7LPA (including bonus and other monetary benefits)

Manager in EY GDS BC consulting or KPMG Global Services earn around 32-38 LPA (correct me if I am wrong)

I have seen Senior Consultants and Consultants in PwC AC Bangalore and Deloitte USI or Accenture (management consulting teams)  earn 30-36 LPA fixed

Why is there a huge pay difference? Is it because of the rate cards of the delivery centers? Or due to the talent that they recruit?

How do I achieve parity with regards to salary? 

My next appraisal cycle is in March but obviously due to the economic conditions my company might not give me a great raise even though my performance has been good this year.
