Anxiety
How do you guys deal with anxiety? Just making me feel like puking and I feel very dizzy.
How bad is it? Panic attacks ? Bad temper or pure depression? - consult a therapist.
If it’s just occasional and you are a worrying type - pick up something which helps e.g riding a motorcycle/ driving, music, workout, swim, watching Seinfeld or whatever comedy you like, gardening, pets, cooking, meditation.

Many people suggested me to go for a therapy.
Tell me something, don't you find therapy to be overrated? Like telling your life stories to some stranger and paying him/her to listen to you. I find it very weird.
