I had interviewed with them once, and their interviewers really had a very weird attitude, and the questions were also pretty non-standard. It may have been a team specific thing and a one off, but it left a bad taste in my mouth atleast

50% layoff at a Bangalore  based health tech startup. Founder had no shame or guilt. Has raised funding recently but chose to fire people again. This is the third layoff in the last 1.5 years. Terrible management, declined variable pay. Severance is to paid in the next 4 months. Just trying to pivot the company into ‘AI’ without any plan whatsoever.

Hi, recently gave interviews for the Einstein service cloud in Salesforce India which is related to copilots, bots etc for lmts roles. Looks like a new team is getting formed in India. The manager mentioned it is based on monolith, Java, postgres etc. Does anyone have idea on the kind of work and how is the wlb and culture there? Also any pip situation there ?
