My mother is diagnosed with Grade 4 liver damage today. She also has Type 2 diabetes which "does not subside" She doesn't eat any sugars, cut out starch, very very occasional outside/packaged food, no alcohol, has been working (job and household), works around clock in the house Taking allopathic medicines for diabetes, now may start diet restrictions for Liver damage too Strongly feel she is being mis-diagnosed. The hospitals and diagnostic centre are trying to milk healthy people too. How else do you keep up revenue Have you faced similar situations? What can be done here? P.S. Most of the doctors we have met are big C, the ones who sound genuine are the ones not treating 😪

There should be a policy to atleast do some YOGA on daily basis guided by baba ramdev for atleast an hr within working hours 1- It increases your focus 2- It increases productivity 3- It creates good work culture 4- It motivates progressive mindset Tcs must have flexible working hours no matter its of any domain or bpo.. Even service desk and L2 people need to breathe. Management should consider this seriously if they are looking for actual results. This step will surely ensure that tcs cares for employees and is employee specific. Health is everything 😊

Now imagine, we did not have Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, Dunzo (its pretty much there) What would your next bet be? Well 1. You have some of your local grocery stores who would deliver for you, but it might take a bit of time 1-2 hrs etc. and you need to build a relation, and only some stores do that 2. Restaurants need to have delivery available who if anyone remembers, it was a pain to coordinate, sometimes they dont do beyond 3 kms. You will have to go on your own. Which will also cost you money. Restaurant deliveries usually have a delivery fee, plus the cost of food. There is still a lot of coordination involved to get what you want. Brochures, phone number etc. 3. Having a full time person who will do all of these for you, Building tends to have someone who also delivers ( like a chotu or someone ) So lets take the cost of 3 for now if you needed full time 1. Monthly cost - ~ Rs. 10,000 - 15,000 if you needed full time 2. What are you spending on swiggy etc? 1. No of times you are ordering: lets say twice a day 1. 2 * 30 * 20 = Rs. 1200 2. Lets say total amount you are paying is 10000 in amount 3. Some folks might even argue that you restaurenters are charging 30% extra. ( lets say 30% on 10,000 ). 4. So lets factor in 3000 Rs more, so we have total sum, 4200 now. 5. Time saved = 20 * 15 minutes = 5 hrs a month So we saw three choices You can do things on your own 5 hrs of your own time ( which does not cover your cost to move around, so if anyone does not have a vehicle, they have to either walk more, or pay for auto etc ) Spending on convenience Rs. 4200 Spending if you had a chotu - Rs.10,000. This is debatable, you can argue, this person can also will end up cleaning and doing 3-4 other things. Some will also say restaurants mark to and sell. My request to you is, even with all the markup how much extra are you paying. And then compare to your alternatives before them. If someone has a better math or see any flaws in this. share input

Saying this in all seriousness. Have seen his videos over time, always thought he was cringe. But lately, with his podcasts, it's clear to me. He is huge. From cricket content, politics, bollywoods, to having Balaji Srinivasan over. He has tremendous viewership, he's a whole media company on his own. Everything is smartly done - his thumbnails, his expressions, his choice of questions and content. Finally, all the things he did about ghosts etc. was also just part of his strategy. At least 121 people died while trying to get Baba's Charan Dhul (dust of his feet). "The chaos unfolded when a massive crowd of devotees gathered to collect ‘Baba’s Charan Dhul,’ causing a commotion that led to a tragic stampede near a field where the Satsang was being held.  As devotees fell, others rushing towards the Baba's car did not bother and crushed them under their feet while trying to follow the vehicle."   According to the sources, the Baba, who served with the UP police before allegedly being sacked following a ‘sexual assault’ case, had also been booked a few years back after he claimed that he would infuse life into a dead child in Agra. Interestingly Bhole Baba’s name does not figure in the FIR lodged by the police in connection with the tragedy.
