I recently reduced my screen time from 11 hours daily avg to 5 hours within a month. One would guess I deleted a few social apps to achieve this. But I actually deleted the Nykaa Fashion app and Nykaa app 💀😳

I have messed up my attention span to the point where I am not able to sit and focus on something for 10 minutes. I need to study for a switch but i am not able to do so. If anyone has any tips to improve that, books, meditation, or anything that worked for you guys.

Overall spending close to 16 hours daily on mobile/laptop/TV I have been trying to cut back my screen time. Thinking of not using phone/laptop for an entire day except for making and receiving calls. If you also been working towards detoxing yourself digitally, do share what you have been doing and is that working for you? Definition of digital detox - A digital detox refers to a period of time when a person refrains from using tech devices such as smartphones, televisions, computers, tablets, and social media sites.
