I am working in SAP as full stack developer from past 15 years and getting only 35 lakhs ctc. Whereas here in grapevine i can see salaries ranging till 2 crore or so for software engineers. I am a senior Data engineer(9YOE) and have worked on a large scale Data warehousing, Spark, Orchestration(Airflow) and visualization on AWS and Azure. I currently don't have scope for tech stack improvement in my current org and would like to learn and implement my personal projects. So far, I have been advised to learn golang and kubernetes so that I could deploy ML models in the future or even move into observability space. Any suggestions on what tech stack I should learn? I want to jump to startups in a couple of months and eventually move into a pure software engineering role. 
Already working on leetcode and practicing system design for the same.

I am at 4 yoe and working as a full stack dev (.net and sql server) 
I am feeling stuck and looking for a change. 
Still at 8 lpa haven't got a hike in last 3 years ( covid + recession) 
No matter what I do to my resume I get no call backs for interviews. 
Do I continue in  .net or do I upskill into some other tech stack.
