Hi folks! Cracked interview and got Offer letter too from Accenture but the CTC which discussed on call and which I received both are totally different. What should I do? And that HE is not answering call or mails. I dnt have any other way to talk with team and moreover if we won’t accept offer in 7 days it won’t valid after that. 
Does any one faced this kind of situation?

I will finish 2 years in may, I worked as business analyst for 1 year 8 months and took release in order to get into a React Js project, I gave rmg all my skills, he said he could not get me a project on those skills, I am rejecting all the support projects, he threatened me saying people are getting released from company if they are not taking projects,

Cut to the present-
I am working on L1 Sap support, every day I feel like quitting the company, I might have applied for around 400 companies easily in the past 1 month I received call from 2 and neither had scheduled interview after knowing the notice period, If I dont take a decision now I wont be able to crack interviews later as days pass the experience I need to fake also builds,

My options:
1. I thought I will keep my papers after the current hike and revoke it if I do not get any offer
2. Fight with the current manager for release on the basis of the 2 year contract he recently told, which was not mentioned while I was taken into the project.
3. Do my learnings parallelly and when I get an offer I will leave the company


My current level of understanding in react is moderate, I have done few small projects and I helped one of my friends in his project for some time and I feel that I can crack interviews.

Please give your suggestions, its a life thats going to change if i stay here for 2 more yrs I will come out with 0 exposure and 4 yrs experience.

My Onboarding Struggles with Accenture: A Journey of Uncertainty

I wanted to share a frustrating experience I’ve been going through during my onboarding process with Accenture, in the hopes that it sheds light on some of the challenges others might also face.

It all started on the 5th of June when I received an offer letter from Accenture. My initial joining date was set for the 7th of October, with Bangalore as my base location. Excited about the new opportunity, I requested a change in my location to Gurgaon, which would have been more convenient for me. The recruiter handling my case assured me that the change would be processed within a week.

However, weeks turned into months, and despite my repeated follow-ups through emails and phone calls, I never received any official confirmation regarding the change. I remained in contact with the onboarding team, but their only response was that my recruiter would reach out to me. Unfortunately, that update never came.

On the 7th of October—the day I was originally supposed to join—my recruiter told me that my request had been raised with the TMO (Talent Management Office) and I’d receive a call by 6 PM with further updates. But the call never came. Since then, I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch, but my calls and emails have gone unanswered.

To make things even more confusing, on the 4th of October, I was suddenly informed that my base location had been changed to Hyderabad—something that was never discussed or communicated to me before. I was also told that my joining date had been postponed indefinitely, with no clear timeline or date provided.

This has put me in a very difficult position. I had already left my previous organization on the 4th of October, preparing to start at Accenture, but I’m now stuck in limbo with no clarity on when or where I’ll be joining. 

It’s been an incredibly frustrating and uncertain experience. I’m still waiting for some form of official communication to give me clarity on my next steps.

Now, on the accenture portal my previous offer letter which was reflecting is not reflecting anymore. I am not sure what to do

I'm looking for a suggestion. Recently i got a job invitation call from a HR and they collected basic details like ctc, expected ctc, I told that I'm expecting 10LPA and they are ok with that and they scheduled interview and I cleared the technical & Managerial interview rounds. Now my HR discussion is scheduled next week regarding compensation, but I heard from few guys from the same company that the budget for the position is more than what I've asked(10LPA).
Can someone pls suggest how can I ask for more ctc like 13 or 14LPA because before interview I told that my expectation is 10LPA.

(I have around 3 years of exp in Virtualization and my current ctc is 4.6 and holding an offer of 8.5lpa)

Pls don't take this in negative way, need genuine suggestion pls!!!.

Good problem solving skills in DSA and good understanding of system design.

Availability: in 30 days(max). Yeah I was forced to resign (different story) hence serving my NP

I received offer letter from a company which was not even giving me offer letter before but just a offer mail that too just 1 day before DOJ. After calling them and demanding an offer letter, I received it and in the offer letter there is no CTC breakup amd no signature of the approver present but just the name. Has it ever happened with anyone? What will you do? 
HR kept gaslighting me and telling me that it's perfectly valid and legal which I know for a fact is not legal since there is no signature present.

Thoughts on a offer letter without any signature of the approver and no CTC breakup?

I got offer from Accenture, in the offer letter location and D.OJ is not as I mentioned, how to correct these things, as the HR's are not responding the calls , please suggest me .

I received an offer from Accenture a week ago, but the location wasn’t ideal for me, so I requested a change to Hyderabad. I haven’t accepted the offer yet, as they also provided only a 2-month joining period instead of the 3 months I need due to my 90-day notice period.

Now, I’ve been following up with HR, but they haven’t responded.

Last year 2023 I got an offer at TCS with 8 lpa...but since the ctc split up was not right the in-hand was very low so i rejected the offer.

I am getting some vacancies in TCS again but in the career portal still the offer details are there. How long will it be blocked , if possible whom to reach to get it cleared in the carrer portal.
