My friend who’s paid 3 LPA is now being forced to resign, he hails from a lower middle class family, and it’s sad to see things happen like this. 
Even the company I work for has no project and is putting me in trainings again and again.
When will it start getting better? 
I’m literally scared at this point.

I'm interviewing Capgemini and my first interview was in mid July and cleared the first round with very positive feedback.

Next, they scheduled the 2nd round of technical interview directly with Clients and I have cleared that too with very positive feedback as HR informed me.

Next, the HR round happened and they are giving little less than what I asked for.

1) Is Capgemini a good company to join in this current market?
2) They are giving a 30% increase only on the current CTC, is it good?

YOE : 6 Years
Switch : 3rd Switch 

Capgemini: Will give 30k re-location and 30% increment & 3 days mandatory office.

Current Company: very much flexibility with WFO(atleast as of now), working on a good project but no much WLB, have to work on weekend too sometimes.

Is Capgemini a good company to join during this market uncertainty?

Why is Capgemini doing fake hiring. I mean they are taking interviews multiple times. Is they really show casing the hiring of clients?
I have attended 10 times for Capgemini interview for plsql developer position in last 1 month. Everytime some 3ed party recruiter call me and take details ofnmy alternative email and arrange a call from Capgemini. And loop continue.

I resigned from Capgemini as I got the offer. I was very excited to join the new organisation. When I joined the new organisation in there BGV process they found service overlap. And then they asked me to resign. Now I got to know that every IT company is checking service history in EPFO portal. Will I consider my career is in danger?? I'll not get any job now in IT ? Before Capgemini I was absconded from one organisation and that is causing and service overlap with Capgemini in EPFO. I am the only source of income for my Family. Please suggest what I can do in such scenario ?

I resigned capgemini in the last week of April. This was my first computer of my career. But I faced to much difficulties in this organisation. The Manager as well as the HR and team members were not at all good . They ruined all my career, did not approve any privileges leaves, the working culture was also not good at all I have to work 2 hour more than the shift timing and at last when it was time for my first career review and hike, My manager gave me the worst remarks and ruined and broke my hopes. He gave me need performance remarks kad gave me 1.5 % hike. In the last when I resigned he gave me the worst remarks like need performance, need soft skill training, need to work on his communication skill, need to come office 12 days a month and many more. Now I am serving notice period and searching for opportunities.

My friend is in cognizant. Yesterday he accidentally slipped his laptop from his hand and got its screen damaged...

Today got a call from HR manager and expect me to join early, if early release is not possible then they will drop/hold my profile. 

During last one month ongoing discussion HR was aware that I’m yet to resign, informed that official notice period is 90 days but negotiable up to 60 days, don't know why HR manager and HR are not on the same page🤷🏻‍♂️

How to convince for early release or delay the joining date? Please help.
