Choosing right partner in Arrange Marriage?
All of us at some point of time go through this phase, fortunately/unfortunately I am going through it too! Just wanted to know from experienced people, how do you find the right person on the basis of just a few questions? Or what questions you should preferably ask when you are choosing for a better half?

I have same question. My one frnd who is on the verge of divorce suggested me to ask goals of the person, and compatibility of family values. He specific mentioned that i shouldn’t like someone just cause the other person watches same web series or has same favourite actor.
Respect, Understanding , Love, communication, respect towards families - these are more than enough.
Choices and dissimilarity can turn any time and both can have different choices, in terms of what they eat , drink , wear.
Salary - If both are working , anyone's salary can grow at a time, compared to the other half, it's just a matter of a switch in corporate. Both should help each other to grow and groom.
These are things that i feel are important.
Definately not a question but a statement that i made in my first meeting as soon as i met her. "I am not here to impress you, but to present myself as i am, Would try my best to be myself infront of you so you dont get a thought after marriage that the person you married is different than the person you met at start. I as well expect the same from you"
This would set the right attitude because nobody wants to marry a person who tries to impress in first few meet and becomes a different person after that. That would be a loss for both the person
My father tried to set me up in arranged marriage.
All the matches my father and aunt found, wanted housewives and wanted me to quit career so I rejected them.
After 6 months of searching I said enough and I am happy single.

There is no right person. A person could be right at a certain point of time in life, later on they might change or your circumstances might, and vice versa, you might also change and no longer feel the connection. Marriage is a daily commitment, people change throughout its different stages. People think its a feeling like love where you want the other person always, but after living with someone daily all that fades away. What matters most is both partners maturity and conflict resolution, and a lot of adjustments from both sides.

This is a simple question. If you are a man - see the red flags. Avoid those who say the following
1. Career is important. or talks about her job with passion.
2, wants to live separately
3. expects husbands to earn more than wife
4. has high financial expectation.
5. wants to talk for atleast 6 months before making a decision.
6. aged above 30.
If you are a woman. Avoid these men -
1. Lack family values or smokes and drinks
2. agrees to live separately
3. takes pride in being a employee
4. flaunts his money
5. agrees to talk for 6 months before deciding.

Why 30?. because, i assume the woman would have been looking for a husband for around 7 years (atleast 5years min) in 5 years if she couldn't settle for a guy there is nothing on earth that can satisfy her expectations.

Either its arranged or love, you have to know on what basis you can decide the person is your best better half..
Have some me time and ask yourself what kind of partner do you seek.
Then make a list of preferences you want
Like height, personally, etc etc.
Then categories them in must have, can do type categories
Then make a list of don'ts
This will help to shortlist candidates then go on dates and check if it clicks
After that you decide how to go ahead
