Companies sponsoring US relocation from India

I am looking for companies which can potentially sponsor US relocation from India (or through Europe maybe?).

Tbh, I had joined Uber in the hope that I would get a transfer but I don't see that happening now given the company dynamics has changed. So, I am looking for a switch asap.

Have seen people taking transfers through Rubrik. Is it still the case? What about other mid to large size companies? Or Any startup?

No one wants an expensive immigration employee. India is viewed as cheaper market than US. Most companies are trying to hire more from India if at all they wanna hire than they would in US.
Unless there's a specific team in US for which they can't find local talent but are in desperate need for your talent, it ain't happening son!

Many MNCs like G, MS, Amazon used to relocate their employee pre covid but the trend has changed now.

Recently my friend got an offer from AWS to transfer to the US. He has been working there for almost 2+ years.

The only best way to go to US is to apply directly. Chances of direct transfer are low if you are already hired in India offices as why would they pay you extra when they can get you at cheaper price in India.

Try for internal job change or apply directly for outside companies.

But in US also they are looking for senior roles mostly so 5-6years onwards. Chances of you going out is bit low with 2yoe tbh. But keep trying, Uber tag in resume will help a lot.

Applying directly to jobs in the US is not gonna work

If moving us if ur goal .. do MS two yr of experience and that too uber will work in ur favour.. anything else is just luck and given market dynamics and trump coning internal transfer to us are very limited and that too niche position.. amazon might be ur best bet buy they too will push for cannada first

What about moving to Europe (say, in Meta) and then taking a transfer? Would trying for US via Europe make a difference?

A bit but not a lot.. anyways its not like meta is hiring in bulk and u will have to spend about 1-2 yr before u can even strat to think of moving to US.. in that same time frame u will done with ur master and have a f visa .. master in usa runs because of these visa rules and thats why people still go for it..
