I myself work for a game dev company from 5years.

After gaining experience I finally started working on creating my game,
 in the beginning it was just 2 man work.
 over time I needed to make the team bigger and within 2 months it became an ambitious project.

I now have 12 employees(most of them are my friends hence I am not having to pay a lot) 
For some of them , it's full time , and for rest it's their 2nd job.
I pay directly from my savings account.

Dunno why, I registered for Pvt Ltd on my parents name(I can't register on my name since I already work somewhere else)and soon getting it registered as a startup.

Since I am compleyely unaware of all these things,
What to avoid in the beginning?
I am about to get a CA
Also I am planning not to add employees under the name of the company for now until the game is released

Additionally,
What benifits(general/easy) can I get for being startup ?
I am also planning to sign up for AWS/GCLOUD startup program so that server cost can be reduced.

Any more info that I should be aware of?

Are there any companies which come even close to providing same benefits as govt job?
Majority of the people from older generation who were into govt jobs (nearing retirement/retired) have built a decent life for themselves and their kids. They usually retire with a corpus of ~25-50L and have built 1-3 properties over tenure of service on back of cheap loans. Their is an added benefit from pensions in few cases. Not to mention the health benefits, extended leave benefits and a host of other things. 
Most of them are from education, railways and banks. Just wondering if there are/were companies which offer(ed) such perks and social security at all. 
Even the VP level employees are not safe in current market.

Hello Everyone please share your benefits on Employees wellness programme receiving from your organizations?

Do anyone of your organization providing an Employees wellness programme?

Last year, I was grinding away at the client's office. They're like the big shots in the textile game. Fast forward to a Saturday night, 8:30 PM, and we're finally wrapping up our work.

My girlfriend flew from Delhi and we decide to hit up this ultra-luxurious restaurant for dinner. We go all out, order everything that catches our eye, and to top it off, we decide to cap the night with this mind-blowing dessert that sets us back a solid 25,000.

When the bill arrives,I pay and then I shoot a reimbursement request to the client; stating to have a dinner with one of their major vendors, thinking it's all in good fun, right?

Well, guess what? Next day the client comes back and I receive a mail stating my reimbursement is approved! I'm sitting there, staring at my phone, thinking, Did I just stumble onto some secret business dinner expense loophole?

Seems like a fake story. And if True, speaks a great deal about the integrity of the folks EY employs. Good luck not getting caught

I'm curious, what kind of perks that a company offers ( WFH, Systems, Leave etc ) are important for you and which aren't and would impact your decision to join a company. I feel I've taken a lot of these things for granted in my career and now that I talk to some of my friends, some of these things do impact your general psyche after joining a company.
