This is very interesting. Either Kunal moulds his employees into business thinkers or they get frustrated out of rat race and enter startup journey

Neither... They realise really money lies not in building a profitable business but raising funds by selling worthless ideas as future businesses.

Dammit! When I was looking for a job, I dint apply to even one of these guys?????? Matlab how????🤦♀️
Request to the OP - can we pls refrain from the “mafia” naming. It was already taken by the startup’s in them Flipkart,InMobi,Swiggy era. Nothing can even remotely match up to the InMobi mafia!

The amount of indecision in this company is why most of the people leave.
Intellectual masturbation is more than Johnny Sins would have ever done in his carrier.
People who have been there from the beginning have become so insecure about being relevant that they have created corridors for how ideas should pass in the system.
I know some of these folks & few more who have left and are in stealth. All say the same thing. Some even mentioned that cred salary has priced them out of the market & change means taking a cut. But as human nature has it, we would rather do subpar work over taking lower salaries and do something meaningful.
End of rant!
