Deja Vu of stress
Last year, during this time of year, I had a ops job and I was very stressed. I was scared of office calls. I knew that job was not for me. This year I don't have any job. But I will be joining somewhere in few days. It is an okayish place. But I still am not happy. There is lesser but constant stress like last year. Maybe my frustration was because I was not able to handle the situation in my last job and not because of the situation I was in. And I still feel that way. What should I fix? How?
You need a coach.
Coaches help you structure not just your thoughts but it also your operational approach. They'll also help you discover blindspots and more importantly be a sounding board for you.
I suggest you invest in one.

I agree with the idea. I invested in one last year but had very bad experience. Any suggestions on how to find a good one?
Suggest you draw up a list of wants - typically industry / ops experience, their specialist niche (industry, level, etc). eg You may not want a CEO coach for someone who is the Head of Engineering.
Sniff around their public persona (YT videos, blogs, tweets, substack). It gives you some insight into how and what they think.
Take a test drive. 3 sessions as a trial. Whats important is do you trust them enough to be honest & open with them. If you don't find that "vibe" you're not going to make the most of it.
