As expected, with below par FY23 results , Accenture India have announced no base pay increase this year and considerably low bonus at all levels. 
High accumulation of top levels, high stakes acquisitions last year and some failed decisions are leading to this state where employees are getting financially impacted. While rest of the IT companies in India are seeing inclined growth, and sharing good increments this year (Wipro etc) , Accenture has decided to compromise on employee attrition.

Currently, I work with the analytics team of The Smart cube, which was acquired by WNS. Since, the acquisition things have gone really downhill.

I have received an offer from EY GDS and upon research I have got mixed reviews. I am not sure of what I am getting into. 

Can you guys please share your perspective and help me?

May I please know the salary bracket for a senior manager in EY or PWC? I have been offered as below. Need expert advice in choosing the offers.

EY - 37 lakhs fixed + 3.7 lakhs joining bonus + 5 lakhs bonus it’s more like variable pay
PWC - 40 lakhs fixed + 2 lakhs joining bonus + 10% bonus
Designation- Senior manager
YOE - 13

I am currently working in Deloitte USI. Here I need to work for 13-14 hours everyday minimum. I have received an offer from EY around 35% hike. I’ve heard that the work culture of EY is even worse. But anyhow if I have to work for 13-14 hours a day, the why not for a better salary? Can you all please advise?
