As expected, with below par FY23 results , Accenture India have announced no base pay increase this year and considerably low bonus at all levels. 
High accumulation of top levels, high stakes acquisitions last year and some failed decisions are leading to this state where employees are getting financially impacted. While rest of the IT companies in India are seeing inclined growth, and sharing good increments this year (Wipro etc) , Accenture has decided to compromise on employee attrition.

Hey Accenture people I need your valuable insights, i received an offer letter today the offer letter is for level 9 team lead , they offered me 21.80 as fixed and 0-27% variable , I asked for 25 fix atleast. There are few things I need to clarify first the hr said at this level this is the max fixed they can give is this true , if anyone at level 9 have more fixed than this please let me know. I have 6 yoe with full-stack in the mern,l. Second is how much variable does Accenture usually gives.

Hey guys, I'm having my managerial round discussions with Accenture next week so trying to inquire more about the company's performance. 
Vertical - Technology
1. Since last year there were almost no hikes given, what is the expectation for this year? 
2. If I join by October, will I be considered for hikes this cycle? My guess is no. Let me know. 
3. My current firm is set to release next hike by May 2025 but if I join Accenture I will have to wait for a hike in Dec 2025. That means 1.5 years without a new compensation. What's the percentage I should be asking rn?

I have an offer from Accenture for Job level 9 (Tech consultant). CTC offered is 30% hike. 

I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

Currently I am working in Deloitte USI and have around 6.5 yrs of experience. I am up for promotion as well but my promotion was denied this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

I want to know how's the project in this vertical and job security, wlb in Accenture. Also in the offer letter variable component is mentioned from 0-27%. How's the variable scenario in Accenture. Need your honest opinions. Accenture is giving me 25LPA fixed. Is it a wise option to switch?

I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

Story here:
I left earlier previous company due to I want to gain more experience in new technology and get some hands in development. During that period also they tried to retain but more than package I concentrated to gain more hands in Development. Now once again I'm not happy with my current company which is accenture, as so much politics, upon being so much dedication didn't receive any hike or promotion since 2.5 years , so I'm getting again opportunity to work in my previous company. So need your valuable suggestions on how to proceed?? Is it good to join previous company??
