Why every job posting for sde 1 requires atleast 3 years of professional experience. Is it necessary or HR is pasting standard template for every post?

Freshers those 20224 passout how do we handle this?
Please share any suggestions possible.

I'm actively searching for SDE-2 roles for more than 2 months now.  I have 2+ yrs of experience. From almost all the companies I'm getting rejected at resume level itself even tho I'm having relevant experience. Any tips on how to fastrack this and get interview calls?

I am currently doing my internship at Amazon which is most likely not gonna get converted to a full time offer (provided the market conditions), I have another offer from EY for the role of Technology Consultant which would mainly involve work in data analysis. I have heard that it will be very tough to come back to an sde role from a consultant role. So I am in a dilemma of what to do next?
P.S. I am more inclined towards an SDE role due to the growth it provides.

I am a 2024 graduate with full-stack development experience and hands-on knowledge of data structures and algorithms( solved around 1,000 questions on LeetCode).
