Feels like giving up, own a company but clients are a pain in the back.

I own a company, we provide softwares to schools and colleges. We have a good product and good number of schools and colleges. But the biggest issue is the teachers, professor and institute staff. Biggest pain in the back. Not interested to be part of any change. Don't take training sessions seriously. Keeps complaining about everything not because it's not working it's hard to understand, they do it because they just don't want manual things to change. When we tell them there is a download button click on it to download the excel, they write it in the dairy with download icon drown next to it. How are these guys are so backward in Technology. 100s of professor calls everyday asking stupid questions. It is very hard to keep all the staff happy. They act like they know everything and they are always right. Few are happy and few keep complaining to their management. Keep calling asking for stupid changes which does not even make sense and wants everything in a day. They think it's that easy for us but they themselves cant even create a simple account. Feel very frustrated. We have money, we have numbers, we have good employees but these teachers, professors and staff makes our live miserable, Making us feel to give up.
