Finally left my well paying job

Can you share with us, How did you manage to get in touch with a company? Where can one search or apply for companies in the USA? And what criteria do these companies typically look for in applicants?
Founder was got in touch with me after seeing work that I posted online. Something I’ve noticed that these founder look for is leadership/ accountability, ofc apart from how good you are with your craft.

Agreed, offers I had from Indian firms was not that great. This offer is seeming good because of currency conversion
