Both ready to occupy and Under construction flats are quoting the same range with Slightly negotiable Option

Ameenpur:
Standalone Apartments : 4.5 to 5.5k per Sft
Independent Houses with 150 Sq Yard 1.3 to 1.5 Cr
Independent Houses with 120 Sq yard 1.2Cr 

Tellapur :
Standalone Apartment: 5.5 to 6k per sft Under construction 

Pls also share the info that you have and also pls let me know is it good time to Buy or we need to Hold  and WHY

In Nizampet, a standalone apartment is 5.5k~ per Sft 

In HMT Swarnapuri colony the standalone apartment ~6k negotiate

I’m looking for a 1/2BHK in a society near HSR. The ones around Sarjapur Road and HSR are super expensive, while ones towards Electronic City are comparatively cheaper.
Do you prefer paying a higher rent to compromise on travel time, or compromise on travel and stay in a better flat at the same price.

Looking for a flat

People laughed at me when I asked for decent living spaces below 10k at these locations. It took 2 days, i went for a walk in the streets of Koramangala and HSR layout. And found multiple 1rk's less than 8k and multiple 1bhk's less than 12k. There are a lot of furnished 1bhk apartments with rent ranging from 15k to 18k. To all the people who are new to Bangalore, don't fall prey for hefty rents, do roam in and around the surroundings.. you will find good places within the budget. Surprisingly there are plenty of vacant spaces and soon the prices will come down.

Hi, I'm looking for a 2 BHK semi-furnished flat under Rs 30000 in HSR layout.

Must have -
1. security
2. surrounding areas should be green, wide roads with very minimal traffic, no water clogging
3. 1 or more balconies
4. New construction
5. Modern design

Nice to have -
1. fully-furnished
2. Car parking

Recently our Owner asked us to vacate after 3 years of staying here in Koramangala, a 4 BHk home. Mostly be renegotiating with him. 

Meanwhile in our search for possible other options, we have found that most of the residential properties are being inflated randomly by the owners recently, the reason being, we all know the influx into Bangalore & I have had a call with few properties

- 1.3 Lakhs quotes for unfurnished 4 BHK home in HSR Sector 1

- 1.5 Lakhs quoted for Unfornished 5 BHK in HSR sector 3 

Too much firing in place, AI advent, Funding slowdown in Startups

Things are going super greedy with owners here in Bangalore. 

Thoughts on how to overcome this situation ?

Let's say you are earning ~ 2 Lakhs per Month, living in Hyderabad.

You have No savings - Bank balance Zero and U want to Buy some property With Loan or By saving up something.

The real estate is skyrocketed. So the rates are higher not sure whether it will shoot up again from this point or alteredy reached its peak and will be staggered for a few months or stable.

In this situation you are planning to buy a property. Will you 

1)  Buy an apartment in the Gated Community (~1 to 1.1cr)
2) Buy an apartment in the Standalone Building (80 to 90 Lakh)
3) Buy an independent house or villa outside the city (1.3 to 1.5cr)
4) Invest on some land for future 
5) Don't buy anything 
6) Confused
