Nallagandla: Standalone Apartment: 5.8 to 6.5k per Sft Both ready to occupy and Under construction flats are quoting the same range with Slightly negotiable Option Ameenpur: Standalone Apartments : 4.5 to 5.5k per Sft Independent Houses with 150 Sq Yard 1.3 to 1.5 Cr Independent Houses with 120 Sq yard 1.2Cr Tellapur : Standalone Apartment: 5.5 to 6k per sft Under construction Pls also share the info that you have and also pls let me know is it good time to Buy or we need to Hold and WHY

I’m looking for a 1/2BHK in a society near HSR. The ones around Sarjapur Road and HSR are super expensive, while ones towards Electronic City are comparatively cheaper. Do you prefer paying a higher rent to compromise on travel time, or compromise on travel and stay in a better flat at the same price.

I've found Nobroker, housing.com, and Magicbricks unreliable due to fake posts and contact details. If you know of any available rentals, please share. Additionally, I'm not familiar with current rent rates, so if you're comfortable, sharing your rent amount would be helpful.

Does anyone have an idea on how the Bangalore rental market is in 2024? Especially for residential apartments in gated societies. Thanks in advance for the info.

A question to all the folks in Hyderabad, can you suggest any good PGs or maybe societies with flats near the 5km radius in Gachibowli region of Hyderabad. It would be helpful if you could also tell the rent for the respective places. The expected date of joining is mid to late June.
