Growth in the technology

I'm a fresher with 1 year of experience in Wipro, I am an electronics graduate and joined the IT sector. Initially I have prepared core Java and Sql and cracked the job offer with a 4 Lpa package. I'm currently learning DSA with java and preparing for cloud certifications in AWS as part of my job role. I don't have clarity on how to move on further like do competitive programming or Front end or dedicate myself for Data analytics roles and excel further as a data engineer or as a Data scientist in future. The buzzing sound of parents asking me to get a government job is also a factor making me question my career and myself. It's the first ever post of mine on a platform, I would love to hear from anyone who gives me guidance.

Hi all I am working in Infosys from past 2.5 years I joined as fresher now I am thinking to switch for career growth I have worked in Network Operations mostly now I feel like I need to switch in development as I have gain interest in it . But I don’t have much hands on experience on development .. what should I do? Should I start searching for another company immediately or I should focus to gain more knowledge of development? Please help me out I am bit confused

Hello TechGravy, Recently I joined IBM with baseband 5LPA getting stuck in support role due to current recession scenario & tech layoffs.But it seems market is opened again to hire. Please suggest me how can I made switch to SDE or developer role within IBM or other products based company. My skills: full-stack development(MERN),DSA(python,solved 800+ problems). I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers . Current now I'm 1 year 3 months exp I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project . Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities. Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp) I don't wanna start again in entry level. What checklist should I follow to successful switch. I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this) I respect every advice and criticism in my plan Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone I have an experience of almost 2.7 years in TCS (as a fresher) I have been in a project since the starting. I am from the field of automation testing using selenium and java I also have my expertise in API testing! I have also completed 4-5 projects for the same client! I cleared digital may 23 cycle and my current ctc is 8.1 ! When can I plan for a switch and how much hike can I expect? And also on last question is automation testing future proof?
