Ey gds vs IBM

Hi folks, I have got offer from both Accenture and EY GDS. I have accepted the offer from Accenture but haven't accepted the EY offer yet as they provided it last week. EY have just matched the Accenture offer that also with fixed compensation showing no exact ctc. I am a little confused if I should accept the offer from EY as well. Note - 1. Both have the same location. 2. same compensation 3. Both low balled me My tech stack is python having overall 6.2 yoe. I still have 2 months left for my notice period to end but confused on should I accept EY offer as well. Please suggest. Thanks 🙏

I recently got an offer from EY GDS for Senior consultant 3 (supply chain operations and analytics). Can someone please help me should I join the EY Gds. How is the work culture there, compensation and other benefits, and most importantly work pressure. They are offering 22 LPA. Is this fine for 5 YOE.🤔 Someone pls guide🥺

I have an offer from FYND for SDET role offering 7 lpa. I also have an offer from EY for senior technical analyst offering 6 lpa. Which one should I go for? I am a fresher graduating in May 2023 (computer science branch)

Currently in GDS Tax (AM position) - Got an offer from RSM. EY is ready to match the offer. Any suggestions if I should stay or leave ? Compensation was the only issue which they are ready to match, hence confused.

Thave got an offer from IBM ISL for 20 LPA fixed, my current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I was told if i quote a higher salary i might get rejected and they inderectly forced me to say 20 LPA. I feel like that is low. What to do now. How to ask for more hike ??

I really need some expert advice. I'm currently working at EY GDS as a Senior Consultant in SAP EWM, with a fixed salary of 22.4 LPA. I have good work and a good work-life balance. I've received an offer to switch to Accenture Strategy as a Management Consultant with a fixed salary of 32 LPA. Is it advisable to move to Accenture Strategy, considering Accenture hasn't given any salary hikes in the past two years and their variable pay isn't as competitive compared to EY GDS?

Hello, I’ve applied for multiple positions in EY. Now iam getting calls from EY india and EY GDS as well. i informed same to the hiring team. GDS team is telling to not to respond to EY india their benefits are less and GDS also claming the same. What is the difference, what are the benefits, which will be the best. I need to know.

Do EY really retain there employee? Let’s say I got a offer and now I want to put down my paper due to low hike and no permotion in EY GDS. Will ET try to retain me ?
