Have a minor headache on the right side of my head almost throughout 🧠

IT job WFH And then my own personal business. Almost 11 hrs a day on display. With 2-3hrs on break. From 11am-12pm I always wake up fresh. But the eye strain starts appearing from 3 pm, By 6 it triggers headache. Taking a small break doesn't work unless for 1hr+ But headache comes as soon as I sit back again Taking baths indeed helps most days But once a week on average I end up taking paracetamol for an unbearable headache. It is usually the back of the eyes and top of the head, sometimes the teeth muscles feels like numbing as well. Weed works best but kills productivity Also I don't feel good morally being Ganjeri I use quality anti glare glass , without the glass I can't even stare for 20 mins. What can I do here? Is paracetamol once a week safe on average? Or should I hit bong ? Is there anything else I can do to reduce it? I visited eye doc thrice, never helped. Specially the 20-20-20 And yes, I BLINK normal

I think the current phase in my life is the lowest I am already PIPed by swiggy and I have broken up with my gf. Feeling like my life has reached the end. Can't sleep at all specially after the break up. Now I regret for blocking her atleast I should have waited until getting into some company. But now I don't want to go to her due to some personal reasons. It feel sucks. I am not able to focus on interview preparation. I am not in depression but my mental health is shit right now and gets headache daily. Please help me shall I consult some doctor for this or is this okay. I don't have much friends that's why I am asking here I genuinely need help

I've lately been feeling very anxious and getting jitters after having any form of coffee. I love coffee so can't stop drinking it :/ Any suggestions to prevent the jitters.

Today i have gone to doctor as i have headache and little bit of dizziness. She said i got anxious all the time. It is kind of true. But i dont know how to rectify those anxiousness. For example, i am going get a project where i dont how to work on backend project wrt testing. I got anxious. I got anxious while driving that i have to drive safely. I dont have to go for over speed limit. Even if i pick up tea cup i got anxious that tea should not be spilled on floor. I have remote job and work is chill. But anxiousness always finds a way in my routine. Due to that i am getting high blood pressure. I am also walking daily except this week due to sickness. Any idea how to be less anxious in every work.

Do any of you guys get pollen allergies where your eyes are constantly itching and you're sneezing when you wake up? Did you do anything to fix it? What's the solution?
